1927 D'Oliveira Bastardo Madeira

Tangerine, beeswax, dandelion and a touch of sea foam. Bravura quality with tangy orange peel, Seville orange marmalade, lemon peel and nutmeg, with a touch of walnut.

This wine is one of only two know examples of Bastardo from the first half of the 20th century!

"It is a classic old Bastardo, with power and cut on the aftertaste to balance the wine's sweetness. Though nearing its 100th birthday, this wine will live on for another half century with ease."
