The grape for this wine spend seven days on the skins in fermentation. This imparts a beautiful light orange color. On the pallet the there is great structure and roundness, a tough balance to find! Overall a very elegant and balanced wine with flavors of dried apricot, peach, and minerality. Small production and delicious, this is an approachable orange wine, all wine drinkers should love!
