Four Vines Zinfandel "Biker" (Paso Robles) 19

Our Zinfandel grapes were picked during the cool night and early morning hours and delivered immediately to the winery to be de-stemmed and gently pressed into fermentation tanks. After seven to nine days of fermentation, the wine was gently racked into a combination of French, Hungarian and American oak for malolactic fermentation and twelve months of aging. Dark berry and spicy notes aromas lead to a palate rich with jammy, ripe plum and blackberry flavors bolstered by a touch of black pepper and sweet, toasted oak. The 2016 offers a plush mouthfeel and a long, velvety finish.
