The Maal Biutiful Malbec is a wine that does not see oak in any part of the process and is fermented in cement vats without additions or corrections. Its essence is represented by a butterfly inside a cocoon, and its beauty can only be appreciated by those who know how to look inside. Matias Fraga, a former restaurant business entrepreneur turned winegrower, purchased an abandoned Malbec vineyard in the up-and-coming area of Vistaflores in the heart of Uco Valley. Through patience and hard work, he transformed the vineyard into an iconic one, leading to the creation of MAAL's unique range of Malbec wines. The Maal Biutiful Malbec from the Campo los Andes in the Uco Valley is aromatic with plush purple and red fruit, violets, and spice. Its intense and flavorful palate is accompanied by plush tannins and fresh acidity that make Malbec from the Uco Valley so stunning. Enjoy this wine with spit-roasted lamb or kebab, as well as with cheddars and similarly intense cheeses.
