Bodegas Borsao Tres Pico Garnacha 21

The very intense cherry red color with tones of purple of the 2016 Tres Picos wine presents in the nose a great concentration of aromas of ripe red fruit with floral nuances. It is always 100% Garnacha from red/iron-laced soils, destemmed and brought up in French oak barrels. In the mouth, it is a well-structured rich wine that evokes tastes of blackberry, plum and tones of leather and vanilla, with a soft and silky tannin. This wine over-delivers in just about every vintage, with flavors of raspberries, spice, dried flowers, and potpourri notes. It is juicy, front end-loaded, and absolutely delicious with a touch of vanilla, medium to full-bodied richness, and a great finish.
